carbon life (2016)

John Pawson's minimalist architecture serves as the stimulus for 'Carbon Life.' Pawson's Moritzkirche church and London gallery edifices informed the garments with their geometric structures, and decided the use of achromatic textiles. The series was photographed in the historic American Cement Building in collaboration with dancers from Los Angeles Ballet.
